We are very thankful for the college students and young adults that attend Heritage. They bring many thoughtful expressions of the importance of living a Christ-centered life. If you’re a student at one of our many local colleges and universities, or you’re a twenty-something looking for a faith community to call home, we would love to meet you.
Sunday Morning CrossRoads Class
Sundays at 9:00 am in the Youth Wing at Heritage
CrossRoads meets from 9:00-10:15 on Sunday mornings in the Youth Wing (lower level) of the church. On a typical Sunday morning, we start at 9:00 with refreshments (donuts, coffee, etc.) and fellowship. At 9:20 we have announcements, and prayer, followed by an interactive Bible study.
On Wednesday evenings at 7:00 we have a prayer meeting that meets at Mel & Peggy Walker’s home (about a quarter mile down the road from Heritage).
We also host a Gospel outreach ministry to a local, secular college called Keystone College (about 15 minutes from Heritage). We’re seeking to reach Keystone College for Christ by spending time on their campus, building relationships with the students and hosting Bible studies and various outreach events.
We also have other small groups in which to get involved throughout the week. There are many opportunities to fellowship with other young adults, grow in Christ, serve the church and reach the lost.
Our CrossRoads leadership team (Todd & Janine Walker, along with Mel & Peggy Walker and Jake Surface) would love to meet you and help you find a home at Heritage. Drop by a CrossRoads class, small group, or activity any time.
